These terms are an agreement between you (the restaurant, "you") and Feasto ("we", "us") for selling your food through the Feasto apps. By signing up, or by using the Feasto restaurant app, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy on behalf of your restaurant. Please read the section "How you are paid and how Feasto earns" carefully.
1. Who does what
Feasto is a marketplace. We show your menu to customers, take their orders and payments, arrange independent delivery partners to collect and deliver the food, and handle customer support. You prepare and pack the food. You are the seller of the food and are responsible for it.
2. Joining and staying approved
- You must be a business or person allowed to sell food in India. At sign-up you give us your menu, FSSAI licence and number, GST details if you are registered, and bank details for payouts.
- We check these papers. We may approve you, send a paper back for you to fix, or decline. You can see the status in the app.
- Keep your papers valid. If a licence expires or is cancelled we may pause your restaurant until it is renewed.
- Give us correct information and tell us when anything changes. Only people you trust should use your login. You are responsible for what is done with it.
3. Your menu and prices
- You decide the dishes you offer and the price you list for each. The price you list must be what you genuinely charge for that dish when it is sold directly to a customer in your restaurant. Do not list a higher price to make up for anything.
- Keep your menu accurate: what is available, what is vegetarian, what is out of stock, and your opening hours. Please mark a dish as unavailable as soon as you run out.
- Descriptions and photos must be true and must belong to you.
4. How you are paid and how Feasto earns
- You pay Feasto no commission. For every order, you receive the price you listed for each dish, in full, plus any packaging charge you have set and the tax that belongs to your sales, less only any discount you chose to fund yourself and any deduction described in section 5.
- Feasto earns its commission from customers. The price a customer sees in the app is set by Feasto. It can be different from the price you list because it includes Feasto's own charge for running the marketplace, which customers pay on top of your price. The customer price and Feasto's charge belong to Feasto and are not part of what we settle with you. We may change them at any time without changing what you receive.
- If we ever introduce a charge for you, such as optional promotion or advertising, you will see it clearly in the app and you will have to choose it. It will never be taken from you without your agreement.
5. Payouts
- After an order is delivered, the amount due to you is added to your wallet in the app. A statement shows each order.
- You can ask to withdraw your balance to your bank account or UPI. We process requests as quickly as we can and show the status in the app. A request may be held while we check it.
- If a customer is refunded because of a problem that was your fault, for example missing, wrong, spoiled or unsafe food, the part of the refund that relates to your food may be deducted from your balance. We tell you which order and why.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for your own tax registrations and returns, including GST on your sales. Where the law requires Feasto to collect or pay tax on your behalf, we do so and show it in your statements. Tax on Feasto's own charge is Feasto's responsibility.
7. Handling orders
- Accept or reject new orders quickly. An order nobody accepts is cancelled and the customer is refunded.
- Set a realistic preparation time and mark the order ready as soon as it is. Delivery partners wait for your ready signal.
- Pack food hygienically, securely and exactly as ordered. Do not add or remove items without telling the customer through Feasto.
- Repeatedly rejecting or cancelling accepted orders, or serving food that fails food-safety rules, may lead to warnings and suspension.
8. Offers and promotion
You can create offers in the app, and you choose how much of each discount you fund. You can also choose to promote your restaurant. Promotions that you pay for are charged only per delivered order, and the amount is shown before you start. Offers that Feasto funds do not reduce what you receive.
9. Customers' information
You receive a customer's first name and order details only to prepare the order. Use them for nothing else, do not contact customers outside the order, and do not store or share their details.
10. Ratings and our assessment of you
Customers can rate your food. Our team also keeps an internal reliability score for each restaurant, based on how reliably you complete orders and your ratings. It helps us decide how to show your restaurant and is not shown to customers.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop selling or ask to close your account at any time after the orders in progress are done. We can pause or end your account if you break these terms or the law, or put customers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. What you are owed for delivered orders will still be paid.
12. Responsibility
You are responsible for the safety and quality of your food and for following food-safety laws. You agree to compensate Feasto for losses caused by your breach of these terms or the law. Feasto is not responsible for losses that are not a direct result of our own failure, or for events outside our control.
13. Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms, and will tell you in the app before important changes begin. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana can hear disputes. Questions: Feasto Partner Support, hello@feastoapp.com, 9000706395, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
