These terms are an agreement between you (the delivery partner, "you") and Feasto ("we", "us") for delivering orders using the Feasto driver app. By signing up, or by using the app, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Your relationship with Feasto
You deliver as an independent partner, not as an employee of Feasto. You choose when to go online, which offers to accept, and which routes to take. We provide the app, the orders, customer support and payments. Where the law gives gig and platform workers rights, such as registration or social-security contributions, we follow it and will tell you in the app how it applies to you.
2. Joining and staying approved
- You must be at least 18, have a valid driving licence for your vehicle, a vehicle that is legally allowed on the road with its registration and insurance, and the right to work in India.
- You upload your identity papers, licence, vehicle papers and bank or UPI details. We check them, and you can see the status of each in the app. A paper may be sent back with a reason so you can fix it.
- You may start taking deliveries once your account is approved. Keep your papers valid. If a paper expires or turns out to be false, we can pause your account.
- Only you may use your account. Do not let anyone else deliver with it.
3. Taking and doing deliveries
- You can accept or decline any offer. Before you accept, the offer shows what you will earn and the stops involved. Declining is always allowed and never leads to a warning or a pause. How many offers you accept is one part of your reliability score (section 9).
- Once you accept, please complete the delivery. If something really prevents you, use the in-app option to give the order back and say why. Repeatedly cancelling accepted orders affects your reliability score and may lead to a pause.
- Collect the right order at the restaurant, check the bags against the list in the app, keep the food sealed and upright, and never open, taste or tamper with it.
- At the customer, hand over each order, collect any cash due, and take one photo at the door as proof. The photo is kept for a short time and used only to check delivery problems.
4. What you earn
- For each delivery you are paid the delivery fee shown in the offer. We guarantee a minimum payment for every delivery. If the fee is lower than the minimum, Feasto adds the difference. At the date of these terms the minimum is Rs 38 for an order that travels alone and Rs 35 for each order of a trip that carries several. We will tell you in the app before this changes.
- You keep 100% of any tip the customer gives.
- If you wait at a restaurant for food that is not ready, you may be paid for waiting time after a short free period, as shown in the app.
- Bonuses and incentives, when we offer them, are shown in the app with their conditions.
5. Cash on delivery
For cash orders, you collect the amount for the food from the customer. The amount you collect is recorded as money you owe Feasto, and it shows as a negative amount in your wallet. Settle it by handing it in as shown in the app. Keep the cash safe. You are responsible for cash you collect until it is handed in. The delivery fee and tip for that order are still yours.
6. Your wallet and withdrawals
- Your earnings are added to your wallet in the app, order by order.
- You can ask to withdraw your balance to your bank account or UPI above the minimum shown in the app. We process requests as quickly as we can and show the status. A request may be held for a check.
- You are responsible for your own income tax and any registration your earnings require. If the law requires us to deduct or deposit tax or contributions for you, we will show it in your statement.
7. Safety and conduct
- Follow traffic laws. Wear a helmet and use your vehicle safely. Never deliver after drinking alcohol or while unwell enough to be unsafe.
- Be polite to customers and restaurant staff. Harassment, violence, discrimination and theft are not allowed.
- Your health and safety matter more than any delivery. If a delivery is unsafe, you can decline it or give it back.
- Where we provide accident cover or other benefits, whether by choice or as the law requires, we will give you the details in the app.
8. Your location
While you are online, the app shares your location with us so we can offer you nearby orders and show customers where their order is. Going offline stops this. Location sharing is part of the job and the app will not work without it.
9. Reliability score
Our team keeps an internal reliability score for each delivery partner. It is based on how many offers you accept, how many deliveries you finish, cancellations, and customer ratings. We use it to decide who gets offers first and to spot problems. It is not shown to customers or restaurants.
10. Pausing and ending
You can stop delivering at any time. We may pause or end your account if you break these terms or the law, behave unsafely, use false papers, or take money you are not owed. Where we can, we will tell you why and let you respond first. What you have earned and are owed will still be paid, less any amounts you owe us.
11. Complaints and help
Use Help & support in the app to chat with us. You can start with the automated assistant and ask to speak to a person at any time. Contact: Feasto Driver Support, hello@feastoapp.com, 9000706395, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
12. Changes and the law
We may change these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes begin. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana can hear disputes. Nothing here limits any right you have under a law that cannot be limited by agreement.
